I am looking for a co-founder in a CTO or CFO role. You have a Business Development and Strategy know-how and experience but more than that, commitment, motivation and drive to work together on the same vision and goals.

Sharing Tribe software matches highly educated and skilled women in tech with companies in a role-sharing model, with the help of algorithms reinforced to connect people based on complementing skills. The Company produces and provides the following products and services: ● Matching platform/algorithm ● Candidates and companies’ learning and networking community At the moment, our complementing skills matching algorithm is in the introductory stage. It competes primarily based on reinforcement by a recruiter team which personalises the matching experience. Our future plans include enhancing an algorithm with personality attributes and even future aspirations. We have already conducted lots of user interviews on both candidates and companies side, have 30 talents in our pool, sharpened the business model and are now formulating our first application for a start-up grant. Incorporation as AG is also planed in the next weeks.
