Engineering leader with experience as Director, Solution Architect, and Head of Platform. I combine strategic technical vision with hands-on expertise to solve complex business problems across diverse domains. Passionate advocate for DDD, TDD, and continuous delivery.

I'm exploring CTO or VPE roles in early stage startups. I find this both very exciting and also the best way to utilize my existing skillset. A combination of an interesting business domain and technical challenges would be ideal. Building open-source products would be an additional plus.

With my experience as an engineering director, architect, and senior software engineer, I can contribute expertise in a broad spectrum of fields needed for building a successful startup: cross-functional collaboration, team building, client relations, engineering best practices, hands-on dev, etc.
