My name is Rafael Sitnoveter, I am Brazillian, Graduated from CentraleSupélec, and I currently work in the Private Equity team at Tikehau Capital in Paris.
After 2 years at Tikehau I feel its time to go to the next level and do what I always wanted to do, build and grow a company.

Despite my passion for entrepreneurship, I decided to start my professional journey in finance to acquire valuable experience and a solid financial base that I would leverage in my future entrepreneurial adventure.
I had thus made few internships including M&A at Bryan&Garnier and Private Equity at CVC Capital Partners. Following these experiences, I joined Tikehau in their first vintage of Graduate Program. These rotations included roles in the Internal M&A team, assessing investment opportunities with Tikehau C-levels and founders; the Operations team, working alongside Tikehau's COO and evaluating BUs performance, monitoring KPIs; and the PE team in London, where I gained insights into the UK market.
After 2 years at Tikehau I feel its time to go to the next level and do what I always wanted to do, build and grow a company.
