I’m Niklas Scharnhorst, 31 years old, living in Hanover (Germany) and I’m well experienced in quality management, process optimization, controlling, data analysis and entrepreneurship. I’ve worked for global battery manufacturers like Clarios and EnerSys and took care of the claim management, field data analyses and customer communication in regards to quality topics. I have several years of work experience in the context of ISO/TS 9001 and IATF 16949 and worked on a lot of process improvement projects to meet the requirements of these standards. Furthermore, I founded a breakfast delivery service in 2020, which still exists and currently I establish an accounting system with controlling functions as a freelancer for another start-up in Hanover region. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Leibniz FH and doing a battery expert training currently.
