UX/UI designer with experience in Customer Service. I'm currently transitioning from hospitality to UX/UI in order to challenge myself with something more creative in a field I'm passionate about.Over the course of my career, I have gained most of my experience in the travel and transportation industry, hospitality, and gastronomy where I developed most of my customer service and sales skills. I believe that my experience has prepared me for a UX/UI design role and I am confident that I can use my skills to create an intuitive and user-friendly experience for users. I am eager to learn and grow in this profession and I am committed to learning and mastering the UX/UI design skillset. I am certain that I can bring value and add to the team in order to achieve our common goals.
