I developed this urge to help people improve their nutrition habits when I found out about the various effects our food has.
It started when I worked at MunichMotorsport 1,5 years ago, and had little time to take care of my nutrition. Solutions were expensive, hardly available or not as healthy as promoted, so I wanted to change that.
