Entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship is my passion. I have hands-on experience in Application Management Lifecycle: managing application development from requirements gathering, to design, configuration/development, validation and rollout with broad experience in managing distributed teams. Specialities: Hands-on experience in an agile working environment and SCRUM, managing international and distributed technical teams, high technical complexity, change management, turn-around management, technology.
