As the oldest of four children, I was given responsibility at an early age. The welfare of my siblings was always very important to me, which is why I had to set a good example. These skills led to several jobs in HR and a team that could always rely on me. Family values are so important to me that I look for them in every venture and if I don't find them, I'm gone. From my parents we got the can-do attitude. As a black person in a white society, you have a hard time otherwise because everything and everyone tells you that you can't do it.
