Was proxy for large EU independent Energy company and consultant to O&G Energy country importers in West Africa etc.Have a startup that can have a 50/50 sharing JV with a globally fully integrated energy & commodity group (similar to Glencore.Trafigura etc) under a new SPV LLC. Seeking private investor. They got own refineries, exploitation, shipping lines, risk & hedge management, on & offshore storage, global offices (a.o. Singapore, Dubai, London, Houston, HK, Vienna, Cyprus ..), private jets.. Oil & Gas & refined products, Hydrogen (own production & shipping),also solar & wind farms, lithium, urea/fertilizers, grains ... Shiploads only. Got own team & networks. Very scalable, and very decent profitability, even more so due to current geo-political situation of various imposed sanctions etc.

Looking for private investor, in case of bringing added value can result also in a partner.
