Introduction
My main values are fairness, humor and optimism. Being a management consultant made me an efficient, quick problem solver, I can identify the root cause of a problem super fast and I can structure solutions at the same speed. As a woman in a male dominated industry (IT consulting in financial services) I learned how to set boundaries and stand up for myself - and others! I am convinced that we are stronger together, lifting each other up, not pushing down, will allow us to reach beyond. I am an ever-lasting optimist and if I hear "You can't..." - well, challenge accepted! I am relentlessly seeking justice, and I am a terrible liar (but a good story-teller!). I work well with people who are critical yet positive, who see opportunities in problems, who enjoy a good argument and a dynamic environment. I don't work well with authorities, micromanagement, and nitty-gritty processes, which can turn me into a stubborn nightmare.
