 Lean production and lean management for more than 20 years with Toyota Production System, including 4 years with Toyota headquarter functions in Japan.  Development of cost reduction programs and strategies for international markets, Design for Manufacturing, platform development and launches of new products, new technologies with advanced USP’s. Key innovations are ABS/ESP, iBooster and iDisc.  Design and improvement of Production Systems, use of EFQM as leading management model, Digital Factory/ Connected Industry 4.0: introduction of highly efficient international manufacturing networks, KPI tracking and creation of safe work environments.  Development of disruptive brake technologies, ADAS functions and new sensor concepts for E- & Hybrid Vehicles.  M&A Projects: several years of experience with Private Equity Companies.  Substantial knowledge in cultural profiles besides almost all European countries of Japan, India, Thailand, China, Brazil, Mexico and USA combined with strong ability to lead multi-national teams.
