Hi, I'm Timo – a product manager and former software engineer based in Dresden, Germany. I've spent the last few years building products at the intersection of technology and real user impact, currently leading the most complex product domain at a digital commerce company. Outside of work, I'm constantly experimenting with AI – I've built my own fitness platform, explored AI-powered video editing tools, and love turning ideas into working prototypes fast. I travel a lot, speak English and German fluently, and I'm always looking for new perspectives and challenges. I'd describe my mindset as extreme ownership – if something needs to happen, I make it happen, no excuses. I'm also a former startup co-founder, so I know what it means to build from zero with limited resources and full accountability.
