Innovation has been my passion for more than 10 years. In this time I have had the chance to inspire leaders and laymen in various ways. Since 2013 I have done that full time for a German seat manufacturer. I am responsible for innovation and lead a team of industrial designers, design thinkers and advanced engineers to build future solutions for safety and well being of children and their parents. After work I support startups in testing their potentially groundbreaking ideas and business models with real human beings. I am happy to share my thoughts on innovation, design thinking and business development methods and the method´s flaws in bootcamps, workshops and on stage.
