2+ years experience as a Full-Stack or Mobile Developer

Strong in JavaScript / TypeScript

Solid experience with React Native

Backend experience with Node.js, REST APIs, MongoDB

Familiar with AWS or similar cloud infrastructure

Experience integrating third-party APIs (maps, events, location)

Startup mindset: hands-on, proactive, comfortable with ambiguity

Bonus: UX thinking or interest in product decisions

Experience in Marketing, Community Building, Social Media or Growth

Strong understanding of Local Communities and the Freiburg Event Scene

Strong understanding of platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Discord or local communities

Ability to build, activate and nurture communities from zero

Creative mindset with a strong sense for storytelling, hooks and positioning

Hands-on mentality, testing, iterating and executing fast

Interest in startups, early-stage products and building long-term value

Independent working style with ownership mentality

Fluent in English, German is a plus
