Hi guys, bestcruiter.com is an marketplace that will create transparency for the headhunting industry. As first in Germany we have created an open platform where you can search for a certain headhunter but most of all review the ones you have worked with. We give the headhunters the possibility to make their service level transparent on an independent website. I am good at marketing, agile product development, design etc, what I need support with is "sales" as in going out to the world and convince headhunters to create their online profiles with us. I am looking for a natural sales talent, someone who is not afraid to challenge the way headhunters have been working for years now and convince them that our product will help them solving their biggest problems. I need someone who has experience in gaining first user or finding creative ways how to populate a yet empty product with users.
