Intro

Started as management consultant at Bain & Company, then founded, scaled and sold own company Yools.

During a time of crisis, I turned around my company by transforming the organizational model. The new model was inspired by Netflix, Basecamp, Ricardo Semler, Reinventing Organizations and others. It was later itself recognized as a best practice in academic research, books and conferences. The results: a highly engaged team, client satisfaction growing from 7,6/10 to 9,8/10 and financial performance improving from loss-making to highly profitable (>50%), all in a highly competitive market.

Built on a decade of research and hands-on experience, this method is documented in the CEO Playbook and has proven its worth in scale-ups ranging from 10 to 300 colleagues.
