Creating support teams to support developed products for our clients
Create sales teams to search and look for the projects in different countries
Creating human resource teams to create a unique work culture between the teams
managing the tax, insurance and contract of the people
what you will responsible for:
Registering an It company in Europe
Finding an initial investment
Managing the registered company
Managing the sales team in Europe to find the projects ( also part of the sales team could be created inside our country and you could lead them to find the projects), If you are not experienced in sales then you must hire an experienced sales manager
Managing the contracts and financials of the contracts with the clients
What are the advantages:
As you know, for a mid-level Russian company, you have to pay $4500 to $5500 monthly for a senior developer, and in a professional Indian company, you have to pay $3500 to $4500. In Europe, Australia, or the USA, the prices are even more. However, we can create development teams at a low price.
