MinQi is the integrative B2B solution to recharge and reconnect remote employees. Reconciling work with our human needs to empower humans. / In this role, you will be handling our online marketing, sales, and business development activities. Your main task is to win new customers. You refine our marketing and sales strategy and you are responsible for setting it up from lead generation to conversion. You are in the driver's seat: You will focus on developing and furthering our startup vision and you are committed to making it successful. Your special focus is on Growth Hacking and Sales. You will lead our sales strategy and combine your expertise in digital marketing (including the development, execution, control and data-driven evaluation of all digital marketing campaigns) with your data analytics skills (especially web analytics and Google Analytics / Google Ads) to build a rockstar selling machine.

As we grow further, you would have the possibility to take over more markets and to head the whole sales and marketing function. We are looking for a person who can grow with us.
