Have you ever procrastinated? I mean not for studying, but to repair something. Even though I love fixing stuff, when I don't know where to start it can take months, before I take action. This results in many cases in a new device and more e-waste. That's why we need to lower the hurdle to start fixing anything. Big home appliances like washing machines show a big potential in self-repair while and their repair through a service costs even more, since you cannot send them anywhere. That's why I decided to start here. With an individual guide first to the problem and then the solution, people can be empowered, to decide faster and repair more often.
