Unsere Story

As an employee I was always frustrated that my salary never really reflected the value I generated for my employer, and even worse, even with payrises and bonuses, was still only a marginal improvement than what peers were earning who neglected to commit to their role in the same way I did.

As a business owner, my frustrations changed, as many of my employees didn't take ownership of their role or the outcomes for my business in the same way I did, and so to reconcile these experiences I began to explore incentive schemes that shared the value created between employees and business owners.

As the idea evolved, it has aligned with post-growth ideas of valuing more than just profits in our businesses and today we are working towards demonstrating to businesses the long term performance benefits of triple bottom line thinking.
