- You have several years experience in finance and/or business
- You are good with numbers, have an entrepreneurial mindset, and don’t shy away from a challenge; you strive to be a founder of a high growth venture
- Experience in IB, PE, VC, consulting or early-stage startup is a plus
- Work on your own with a self-motivated, hands-on, pro-active problem-solver mindset
- Fluency in German and English
- Excellent communication
