It is 2019 and thousands of people are ordering carpets in Zurich through our online store. But there is a problem. How do we get the carpets to our local customers quickly and efficiently? DHL is too slow, couriers too expensive. Until today there is no easy solution for this problem. In the delivery industry, the problem is also called the "last mile problem". Urban deliveries are inefficient and account for nearly 60% of total delivery costs. With Ridr, we are building an easy-to-use delivery network that significantly reduces last-mile costs through technology while significantly improving delivery experience.
