Unsere Story
I was working as agile coach at Deutsche Bahn, participating to one of the biggest agile transformation in Europe. I needed a tool to support the development of my teams and observed that many teams where building their own solutions. I developed the software TeamMeter with the help of two friends during 1 year. The company AgileValue was created in Nov 2021. The use of the software is grew virally inside the Deutsche Bahn group and have closed a deal in 2022 providing the software to 700 teams.
