Unsere Story

, 84% of employees in Germany, 70% in the United States, and 87% of all employees globally neither are nor engaged in their jobs. Actively disengaged employees cost the German economy from 75.6 billion to 99.2 billion euros annually in lost productivity. The economic damage caused by workers who are not engaged is an estimated additional cost to the economy of 139.1 billion to 187.9 billion euros. Turnover, which often follows long-term disengagement, can cost organizations as high as 1.5 times of the employee’s annual salary, for example for an employee making 40,000 Euro per year, that's 50,000 to 60,000 Euro in recruiting and training expenses. In addition, it takes around 60 days on average, to replace an employee, and the costs incurred due to productivity loss will keep adding up. So for a big company like Rewe, with over 300,000 employees, considering a turnover rate of 15% and an average salary of 35,000 Euro, the total annual cost of turnover would rise up to at least 2 billion Euro.
In a global report from HR consultancy Tower Perrins in 2006, based on surveys of over 600,000 staff members in a wide range of industries, “Companies with high levels of employee engagement improved 19.2 percent in operating income while companies with low levels of employee engagement declined 32.7 percent over the study period.” So for a company with 2 Million annual turnovers, engaging the employees can worth 38000 Euro per year.
So many employees need more engagement and motivation to feel better at work. Employee engagement depends on some important factors in the workplace; Connection, contribution, growth and fun are the most drives of job engagement. ComeMit is an intelligent all-in-one platform to cover all these important factors of employee engagement to boost job satisfaction as much as possible.
