I worked as a team leader in a bigger project driven company. At this time I was disappointed of the toolsets for project management. My problem was to get an overview of around 10 developers and there projects. That means an overview at around 30 projects at a time. So I developed a solution wich suites this situations there you need a light weight tool that gives you all the numbers and warn you early enough if something goes wrong.
