Hard Requirements:
- You are graduated (BA, MA, similar or higher) in Computer Science or similar fields.
- Your certification of your BA / MA is not older than 5 years.
- You have gained professional experiences for at least few years.
- You can commit to an adventure that requires hard work, passion and motivation.

Soft Requirements:
- You know the theory about RAG-Systems
- You know how to serve local LLMs

As soon as you arrive, we will apply for Exists. We already know, that we will probably get it with the right team, so you are the missing piece. With confirmation, all founders receive a minimum salary for at least 1, but probably 2 years. In this time, we will integrate you fully as a Co-Founder and we both check if SicherChat and You are a match. (We hope so)

You will get:

- minimum 1, up to 2 years secured income 2,500€ p.m.
- lucrative profit sharing (we are not greedy nor selfish!)
- physical shares are currently unlikely but not impossible

Establish SicherChat as the gold standard and trusted partner for secure, value-creating AI in German SMEs. Ensuring that important information remain private.

SicherChat provides German SMEs with a locally operated, secure, and cost-efficient AI platform. We deliver a local ChatGPT alternative and develop customized AI systems (e.g., for employee assistance, customer service, and technical support).

Our unique selling proposition is 100% data sovereignty, as the software and necessary hardware are operated directly within the customer's IT environment. This is made possible by our proprietary RAGnRoll Framework for the rapid and quality-assured development of AI solutions.

Challenges

The main challenge lies in overcoming the market’s fundamental lack of trust and concerns regarding quality and cost-efficiency in AI adoption. According to an MIT report, 95% of chatbot projects fail due to these issues. Additionally, we must continuously demonstrate a superior, secure alternative to large US providers to eliminate the existential data sovereignty risk posed by the US CLOUD Act for our clients.

Target group

The primary target audience is manufacturing and technology-oriented Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs/Mittelstand) in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). These companies rely on trade secrets, construction data, and process knowledge, making data sovereignty a critical competitive advantage. Secondarily, we address sectors with similarly high compliance requirements, such as law firms and financial service providers.
