I'm 29 with a Master's Degree in Computer Science. I failed with two startups (solo and in a team of three). I'm so much more than just an engineer (architecture, security, scalability, mvp, ux, business). I'm an expert in everything web related but in the end software is just software. The question is not if I can build it, but if people want and pay for what we're building. I believe in the Lean Startup methodology. I believe in weekends. I don't believe in a 40 hour week. I believe overtime harms both the employer and the employee. I believe in remote work, which comes naturally with well defined processes (from which non-remote work benefits equally).
